With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelba Jean Tatum of Springville, Alabama, born in Tishomingo, Mississippi, who passed away on June 26, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father L. J. Abel; her sisters, Velma Hodge and Kathleen Harris; her mother-in-law Faye Tatum Tidwell; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Burleson, Jimmy Tatum and Mary Ellen Tatum.
She is survived by: her husband Luther Thomas Tatum, Jr.; her sons, Larry Tatum (Leslie) and Kelly Tatum (Angela); her grandchildren, Tanner Tatum (Taylor), Noah Tatum, Lindsey Tatum and Lana Tatum; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Harris and Joy Burleson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
