He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Wendy Purser, Chris Purser (Lu) and Misty Latting (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Gemma, Grey, Penelope and Adelyne; his niece Susan Gann; his wife Sherry Purser; his siblings, William Purser (Bill) and Marilyn Gann Faucett; and his parents, Edward Purser and Esther Purser.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
