She was predeceased by: her parents, George Childers and Bessie Childers; her husband Carlos V. White; her son Audie V. White; and her daughter-in-law Kathy S. White.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Burnett (Harvey "J. R."); her grandchildren, Shayna Swann (Brandon), Joshua White (Brittany) and Heather Lipscomb (Matt); her great grandchildren, Sarah Kate, Anderson, Camille, Lillian and Madeline; and her siblings, Demaris Fortenberry, G. C. Childers, Jr., Jimmie Lou Gable, Ann Boyd, Barbra Frost and Gayle Frost. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the AKW Foundation for cancer research 100 Poplar Street Trussville, AL 35173.
