She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Burke and Bertha Burke; and her siblings, Gary Burke and Judy Burke Young. She is survived by: her husband Roy C. Spann; her daughter Teresa Spann; her brother Johnny Burke (Pat); and her grandchildren, Andrew Dinsmore, Kristin Kelley and Sean Kelley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
