It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon S. Moore of Springville, Alabama, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moore and Mabel Moore; and his siblings, Lonnie Joe Moore, Carolyn Standifer and Jacqueline Elizabeth Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Margie S. Moore; his children, Jacqueline Moore (Mike), Tim Moore (Marie) and Chris Moore (Sherry); his grandchildren, Kimberly Hayes (Steve), Laura Madison (Brett), Christina Doyle (Kevin) and James Moore (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Madison, Molly Kate Madison, Kayla Booth, Maddie Booth, Gile Booth, Neveah Kinslow, Andrew Kinslow, Ava Kinslow, Dawn Doyle and Brianna Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
