She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Henderson and Evaleen Henderson; and her former husband Troy Lee Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Charles Birchem; her children, Craig Sullivan (Susan), Gregg Lee Sullivan (Telisa) and Sarah Deming (Michael); and her grandchildren, Matthew Sullivan (Ashley), Daniel Sullivan (Emily), Angela White (Adam), Leah Isbell (Jeremy), Shelby Ludlam (Chase), Connor Sullivan (Emily) and Molly Cheeley (Evan). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
