He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orian Smith and Betty Ann Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Whitney Smith Devine (Tim); his grandsons, Benjamin and James; his siblings, Blake Smith, Jill Meo, Kerry Smith (Nancy) and Kristie St. Germain (Mark); and his stepdaughter DeChiara Tharpe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
