She is survived by: her husband Norman Gortney; her children, Leigh Ann Frankel (Matt), Kenny Ray Gortney (Jan), Amie Buckner (Byron), Donna Smith (Scott) and Deana Nation (Mark); her grandchildren, Carri Jones, Jennie Wolfe, Jack Wolfe (Staci), Emily Frankel, Isaac Frankel, Kyle Keith (Nicole), Emily Wilkes (Palmer), Lacie McAvoy (Brandon), Jordyne Upchurch (Drew), Lillie Hughes (Chase), Blake Simmons (Nina), Candice Guidry (Ben) and Anna Nation; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Olivia, Nora, Rivers, Sarah Grace, Hunter, Evelyn, Bronko, Shiloh, Vivian, Trinity, Charlee, Emerson, Judson, James and William.
