He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Rush and Janet Rush; his brother Josh Rush; his grandparents, Onice Rush and JoAnne Rush; and his aunts, Angie Farmer (Carl), Kori Harbuck (Gresh) and Melissa Palmer (Tim). He is also survived by several cousins, other extended family, and many friends.
