He was predeceased by: his wife Ludie Ann Johnson Crook; his parents, John Richard and Flora Leona Quick; his siblings, Mary Ann Roach, George and Roger Dale Crook; and his grandson Zachary.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Wooten (Thomas); his grandson Kyle Wooten; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Rodriguez, Evelyn Faye Ledford and Robert James Crook.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Moss Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave NW, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
