She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Goforth (Dean) and Donita Helms (Mike); her brother Dale Addy (Susan); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Lee (Donna), Terry Lee (Jackie) and Lucy Thraikill (Gene); her grandchildren, Jeremy Goforth (Tawny), Christen Kelley (Chris), Logan Goforth, Harrison Goforth, Morgan Helms (Mandy) and Mason Helms (Lyrica); and her great grandchildren, Hunter Carnes, Addy Kelley, Clara Kelley, Carson Helms and Ira Lynn Goforth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
