She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lloyd Blythe and Artie Ibis Forsythe Blythe; her siblings, Samuel Arnold Blythe, Paul Blythe, Melvin Blythe, Moses Blythe, Emerson Blythe and Docia Blythe; and her cousin Orban Blythe.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Blythe (Gladys); and her cousins, Olen Blythe (Nancy) and Becky Blythe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
