He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Parnell and Janie Parnell; and his brothers, Gary Parnell and Timothy Parnell. He is survived by: his children, Dalton Parnell, Ryan Parnell, Jacob O'Neal, Dakota Parnell, Destiney Parnell (Kaeden Cotton) and Brinkley Parnell; his girlfriend Teresa Cameron; and his grandchildren, Ainsley Batte, Cruz Parnell, Alaki Parnell, Ryleigh Parnell, Daxton Cotton, Wyatt Cotton, Lainey Parnell, Tripp Parnell and Jaxson Boffa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City (21271 US-231, Pell City, AL 35125). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
