He is survived by: his wife Kaye Bennett Rowland; his children, Annette Mitchell (A. J.) of Temple, Cynthia Hooper of Florida, Justin Rowland (Breann) of Piedmont and Shea Rowland of Spring Garden; his grandchildren, Amanda Terrell, Seanna Terrell, Caleb Hooper, Tyler Warren, Brandon Warren, Kiara Warren, Tonie Daniels, Melissa Rowland and Daxton Rowland; his siblings, Tracy Rowland (Debbie), Bruce Rowland, Teddy Rowland and Becky Rowland; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanece Rowland, Seth Rowland, Christopher Leatherwood, Brad Rowland, Stephen Rowland, Breanna Rowland, Stacy Donaldson, A. J. Mitchell and David Akins. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
