He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruner Mobley and Alma Mobley; and his brothers, Kenneth Mobley, Ray Mobley, Larry Mobley and Oris Mobley.

He is survived by: his children, Jinny Ray (Kevin) of Homewood and Jerry Mobley (Stephanie) of Spring Garden; and his grandchildren, Ella Ray, Will Ray, Keegan Mobley and Brian Kelley.
