He is survived by: his wife Dana Payne of Spring Garden; his children, Jason Payne (Angela) of Piedmont and Ashley Hunt (Joseph) of Goshen; his niece Brandy Payne of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Kyson Payne, Asher Payne, Ryder Payne, Remeigh Quinn Payne, Greyson Hunt, Scott Studdard, Shyanne Studdard and Billy Studdard; and his brother Charles Keith Payne of Spring Garden.
