He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Manning and Marjorie Manning. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Neal Manning; his children, Traci Manning (Charles Nevin Sr.) of Foley, AL and David Manning (Carrie) of Daphne, AL; his sister Kathy Bischoff (Joe) of Foley, AL; and his grandchildren, Wesley Nevin, William Nevin, Charles Nevin Jr., Matthew Manning and Charlotte Jo Manning.
