He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Delcambre Dowsey; and his sons, Wayne and Randy Dowsey. He is survived by: his children, Mark Dowsey (Lynn), Paul J Powers, Paula Agnew (Jay) and Elizabeth Allyn Ramsey. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
