He is survived by: his wife Julie Fogarty Boothe of Selma; his children, Paul Donald Boothe, Kendra Ann Byrne and Krislynn Tracy Boothe; his sister Ann Hoffman of Lynn Horn; and his grandchildren, Joel Michael Tompkins and Madison Leigh Byrne. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
