He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Phares Grayson; his daughters, Sara Minton (Matt) of Highlands, NC, Stephanie Heffner of Birmingham, AL and Kimberly Cothran (Michael) of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Charlotte Owens of Demopolis, AL and Beverly Evans (Mike) of Crane Hill, AL; and his grandchildren, Emma, John, Jacob, Coleman, Baine and Gates.
