She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon Harrison and Annie Harrison; her former spouse W. E. Hightower; her husband Wallace E. Hightower; her children, Anna Thompson (Terry) and Vernon Hightower (Crystal); her brother Vernon Harrison; and her grandchild Tarah Thompson. She was also cherished by cousins, niece, nephew, and in-laws.
