He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Stevens Parker; his parents, Henry Parker and Louise Parker; and his siblings, Ella Jean Bonin, Ann Brockett, Jane Whites, Flora Nell Powell, Stough Parker (Bubba), George Kelly Parker, Harry Parker, Jerry Parker, Ronnie Parker, Joe Bob Parker and Patrick Parker (Sonny).
He is survived by: his family Don Parker; his daughter Jeri Parker Cullifer (Jody) of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his grandchildren, Dr. Justin Tyler Cullifer and Jena Nicole Cullifer of Spanish Fort, Alabama.; his siblings, Shirley Dean of Katy, B. W. Parker of Richmond and Douglas Parker of Midland City, Alabama.; his brothers-in-law, Charles Stevens (Syretha) of Midland City and Ronnie Stevens (Marsha) of Blountstown, Florida.; his grandchild Jeri; and his nephews, Phillip Parker, Greg Brocket, Brett Brockett, Brad Brockett, Doug Parker and Hayden Parker.
