She was predeceased by: her husband William Tinsley Donnell; her sister Kathryn Little Ballard; and her grandson Nicholas Scott Rackley. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Donnell Rackley and David Tinsley Donnell; her grandchildren, Laura Donnell Dickey (Shannon), Hillary Donnell, Isabella Donnell and Kristen Rackley McCafferty (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Kai, Kalia, Lila, Xander and Roan. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
