He is survived by: his wife Betty Davis; his daughter Cheryl Vehmeier Filichia; his stepsons, Larry Wayne Davis (Tammy) of Spanish Fort and Lamar Allen Davis (Stacie) of Daphne; and his grandchildren, Jay David Vehmeier (Rochelle) of Atlanta, Marisa Ann Kent (Ben) of Spanish Fort, Ella, Anna and Max Davis of Daphne.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Fund or a charity of choice.
