He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Tyler and Mary Davidson Tyler; and his siblings, Richard Tyler, Jesse Howard Tyler, Delbert Carlton Tyler, Hazel Terrell, Linda Murphree and Opal Mooneyham.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Louise Tyler; his brother Oliver Tyler; his stepsons, David Puckett, Dewayne Latham and Jody Moon; and his grandchildren, Amber Moon, Will Barnett and Jackson Puckett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel Funeral Home (3552 Hwy 231, Laceys Spring, AL 35754). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
