He was predeceased by: his parents, Cois Lyle Breeding and Bettye Jane Stevens Breeding; and his brothers, David Breeding and Lynn Allen Breeding. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Levinson (Clinton); and his sister Carol Breeding Lott (Larry).
