He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy and Cora Lee Bowling; and his brother James Roy Bowling. He is survived by: his friend Big; his wife Joan; his sons, Mike Bowling (Rainer) and Jim Bowling (Cheri); and his grandchildren, John Michael, Lucy, Jake, Sam, Mathew and Johnathan.
