He is survived by: his mother Ignacia Reyna; his wife Sharon Cortes; his children, Carlos Cortes, Maritza Cortes (Cameron Hudson) of Somerville, Bianca Taylor of Somerville and Kassandra Cortes of Somerville; his siblings, Ricky Cortes (Lisa), Mireya Cortes (Juvencio) of Mexico and Jasmine Cortes of Mexico; and his granddaughter Mariana Hudson of Somerville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
