She was predeceased by: her parents, Liston Odell Couey and Lucille Russell Couey; her husband Herbert Wayne Maxwell; her children, Glynda Maxwell Cobb, Robbie Rene Maxwell and Kenneth Wayne Maxwell; her granddaughter Brittany Ann Maxwell; and her sister Faye Couey Walker.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Maxwell Booth (Cliff); her nephew William "Bill" Walker (Jan); and her grandchildren, Stacey Cobb Kapoor, Lee Cobb, Nicole Maxwell, Jonathan Osgood and Josef Osgood. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
