She is survived by: her daughter Cristee Daily Startley (Jeffery Lane); her grandchildren, Rachel Lynn Nichols and Taylor Scott Startley of Blount County, Alabama; and her brothers, Wayne Lewis (Dianne) and Don Lewis.
