She is survived by: her children, Kody Floyd (Stephanie) and Kari Findley (Cheyanne Thompson); her grandchildren, Madsion Floyd, Kylie Floyd, Levi Findley, Kaven Floyd and Kain Findley; her parents, Thomas Blythe and Gladys Blythe; her sisters, Dana Campbell (J. D.) and Joyce Blythe (Brad Frasier); and her niece Taylor Mullinax. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
