He was predeceased by: his father Duane "Red" Kent; his niece Breanna Ellis; and his grandparents, Cecil, R. C. Kent, Vernon and Jackie Thomas.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Thomas Kent of Locust Fork; his sisters, Diane Kent Ho (Andy) of Mobile and Tammi Winfield (Michael) of Brierfield; and his nieces and nephews, Christian Milan (Joshua), Hallie Sims (Shane), Ryan Ellis, Jason Ellis and Jackie Ellis.
