He was predeceased by: his son Brent Davis; his parents, Eston Eli and Ilava Davis (Snead); and his siblings, Ruth Ray, Jim Davis, Gwin Davis and Gail Larue.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Davis; his daughters, Jana Wier (David), Tammye Whited and Rush (Danny); his granddaughters, Jami Jackson (Jason), Tiffanie Vincent (Jason), Breann Scott (Eric) and Brittany Ivey; his great grandchildren, Clay Wier, Davis Jackson, Kalob Vincent (Maddie), Eric Vincent, Alec Scott, Lyla Scott, Owen Scott, Rose Scott and Sophie Ivey; his great great grandchild Adeleine Vincent; and his sister Phyllis Mayo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers the family suggests donation be made to Marshall Cancer Care Center; 11491 US Hwy 431, Albertville, AL 35950 in Memory of Mr. Davis.
