Harper of Susan Moore; and his siblings, Jeff Harper (Vinnie) of Susan Moore, Sherry Elaine Harper of Susan Moore and Jeanne Smith (Barry) of Hokes Bluff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
