He is survived by: his son Ben; his daughter-in-law Kathy Dyar of Smith Lake, AL; his granddaughters, Sarah Dyar of Gallatin, TN and Ashlyn Dyar of Franklin, TN; and his siblings, David Dyar (Myra), Milton Dyar (Margaret), Thomas Dyar (Lavern), Judy Baker (Wayne), Mary Berry (Lance) and Jesse Dyar (Tencil).
