He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Ruby Maddox. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Eugene Goodson and Wanda Sweeney Goodson; his children, Travis Maddox (Melissa), Dawn Goodson and Michelle Massey (BJ); and his siblings, Gary Goodson (Carmen) and Renee Loudermilk (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 17 grandchildren.
