He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Denver Rowell and Eula Belle Dunn Rowell; and his siblings, Rhonda Gillespie and Denny Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ponder Rowell of Smiths Station, AL; his children, Chad Rowell (Mary Ellen) and Beth Osterman (Jeremy); his brothers, Fred Rowell, Ernie Rowell (Betty) and Terry Rowell (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Molly, Emily and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Due to Covid 19 concerns, the family is requesting everyone please wear a mask if you attend the services.
