He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Garrettson and Jimmie Carolyn Ivey; and his siblings, Richard Rowland, Dottie Hamer, Sue Greer and Velda Sturdivant.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Rowland; his children, Randy Rowland, Amber Rowland Miller, Stephen Rowland, Bobby Donahoo (Christi) and Nicki Key (Roger); and his grandchildren, Maggie Donahoo and Dylan Donahoo.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
