He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Morris Lane and Katie Lane; his brothers, Larry Lane and Tommy Lane; and his son-in-law Richard Parkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Gaylor Lane of Smiths Station, AL; his daughter Ann Parkinson of Smiths Station, AL; his grandchildren, Michael Cornwell of Smiths Station, AL and Chris Parkinson (Christina) of Smiths Station, AL; and his great grandchildren, Colten, Taylor, Harper and Layne. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
