He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ray and Dorothy Spellmeyer Ray; his son Jonathan Ray; and his sister Donna Ray Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Bonni Greene Ray; his children, Stephanie Osborne (Zach), Richard Ray, Jr. (Malaysia) and Christopher Ray (Joy); his siblings, Deborah Ray, Dennis Ray and David Ray; and his grandchildren, Lily Osborne, Isaac Osborne, Alysa Moyle, Amber Ray, Megan Ray, Nick Ray and Jacob Ray. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many caring friends.
