He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bush and Eugenia Dudoit Bush; his former wife Anna Lankes Bush; his daughter Anna Bush; and his siblings, Alfred Bush, Rachel Smith, Pauline Pezel, Virginia Apana and Lily Kahalehili.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Otts Bush; his children, Monalisa Nielson of Fargo, ND, Ramona Lee (Andrew) of Columbus, GA, Melinda Ruehle (John) of Columbus, GA, Susan Moss-Wagner (Robert) of Phenix City, AL, Lucille Eiland (James H.) of Phenix City, AL, Tina Frazier (Kevin Huckaby) of Phenix City, AL, Amber Eiland of Smiths Station, AL, Pete Bush Jr. of Columbus, GA, Samuel Bush of Ellerslie, GA and Aaron Bush of Phenix City, AL; and his siblings, Darlyn Nobriga of Kilua, HI and Henry Bush (Sybil) of Kaunakakai, HI. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and thirty-five great grandchildren.
