She was predeceased by: her parent Dorridge Cook, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Ella Francis Cook; her daughter Crystal Brown (Branden); her siblings, LaCornia Cook, Samuel Cook, Lula Chester, Alberta Cook and Josephine Willis (Oscar); and her niece Constance Frazier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
