He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Smallwood; his siblings, James, Johnny, Todd and Yvonne; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Christine Pitts, Sr..
He is survived by: his significant other Gabriella Pitts Forsythe of Smiths Station; his children, Daniel of Smith Station and Jessica Vines of Auburn; his daughter-in-law Ashley Herring Forsythe; and his grandchildren, Zoe, Jagger Forsythe, Olivia-Kate and Lucas Vines. He is also survived by many loving sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews.
