He is survived by: his children, Jackie Godwin Harvey (Eugene) of Smiths Station, AL and Gary Godwin of Smiths Station, AL; his brothers, Jimmie Godwin of Salem, AL and Ray Godwin of Malvern, AL; his grandson Michael Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Donovan and Alisha. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
