He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Sullivan and Zriphia Davis Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Cody Sullivan (Mellody) of Smiths Station, AL, Connie Knipe of Smiths Station, AL and Terry; and his stepson Terrell Carroll of Phenix City, AL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
