He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ables Scarbrough of Smiths Station, AL; and his brothers, Allen Scarbrough, Darrell Scarbrough, Steve Scarbrough and Jim Glasgow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
