He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Mae and James Henry Jackson, Sr.; his wife Marie Elizabeth Jackson; and his sister Jacquelyn Jackson. He is survived by: his sons, James "Jamie" Jackson (Megan) of Smiths Station, AL and Jason "Blair" Jackson of Smiths Station, AL; his grandsons, Justin Jackson, Cody Jackson and Joshua Jackson; and his niece Tonya Kittrell (Walt).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36867). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (1407 Broad St, Phenix City, AL 36867).
