She is survived by: her husband Mike Gaultney of Smiths Station, AL; her children, Cissy Childs (Brian) of Smiths Station, AL and Michael Gaultney of Smiths Station, AL; her siblings, Judy Gaultney (Steve) of Cataula, GA, Jill Clark (Randy) of Phenix City, AL, Randi Milner (Chuck) of Phenix City, AL and G. W. Evans (Faye) of Valley, AL; her sister-in-law Kaye Evans of Valley, AL; her grandchildren, Lindsey Courson (Hannah), Tyler Courson (Amber), Colby Courson, Jade Gaultney, Joseph Forsythe, Abbey Gaultney and Mason Gaultney; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Hayden, Sebastian, Jeydon, Emma and Nathaniel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
