He is survived by: his wife Ethel Smith Stephens; his children, Terrie Riley (Raymond) of Belmont, NC, Victor G. Stephens of Erbil and Iraq (Keith R. Stephens); his siblings, Larry Stephens (Lisa) of Columbus, GA, Clema S. Lewis of St and Deborah Williams of Zion, IL; his aunt Mary Thomas of Opelika, AL; and his sister-in-law Judy Thomas (Harry). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
