He was predeceased by: his parents, H. S. Tullis and Thelma Phillips Tullis; and his brother David Tullis. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Tullis; his children, Janelle Davis (Steven) of Phenix City, AL and Christopher Tullis (Denise) of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Genia Lanza (Mike) of Acworth, GA and Jimmie Tullis (Dianna) of Franklin, TN; and his grandchildren, Camryn Tullis, Colton Tullis, Kara Davis and Kayla Davis.
Due to the current Covid-19 concerns, the family will announce a public Memorial Service at a later date.
